About
A metallurgical engineering company manufacturing customised components across four engineering alloys. An RDSO certified vendor for the manufacture and supply of 28 approved part numbers for Indian Railways, and an ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 accredited company.
Manufacturing
- New product development — patterns and fixtures from the customer drawing to first-article approval
- Melting — arc and induction melting, four alloys, 0.2 to 1000 kg
- Moulding — three lines fed by a PLC-controlled sand plant
- Pouring — timed pouring from 500 and 1,000 kg ladles
- Fettling — riser removal, shot blasting, grinding, surface dressing
- Heat treatment — stress relieving, annealing, quenching
- Machining — twenty-two CNC machines: VMC, HMC, VTL and turning
- Laboratory — spectrometry, mechanical, chemical and non-destructive testing
- Painting — protective and finish coating, cured to 300 °C

Plants
Unit 01 — Bhagwanpur, Haridwar. The integrated plant, established 2023 on 7,200 sq. metres: melting through painting under one roof.
Unit 02 — Bhagwanpur, Haridwar. The second plant, commercial production from 13 September 2026, nearly doubling capacity.
