Subodh Lohia
Completed a Bachelor's in Commerce — International Business from the University of Middlesex. Associated with the Company since January 20, 2020 as a Director and Promoter. Responsible for finance, production and operations, with over four years of experience in production and finance.
Saundarya Lohia
An Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since February 9, 2020, with four years of experience as Chief Financial Officer. Associated with the Company since August 3, 2024.

- 2022 CNC machine shop, Rudrapur 30% of a wagon First step in forward integration: rented a facility in Rudrapur and established a CNC machine shop, moving from supplying materials to machining railway components for major wagon and coach builders.
- 2023 Integrated plant, 7,200 sq m 58% of a wagon Second integration: acquired 7,200 sq. metres and constructed a fully integrated plant manufacturing safety parts for bogies and couplers — braking, coupling, suspension and propulsion systems — all RDSO approved.
